Dr Jodie Parkes is an intrinsically motivated individual with an extensive professional background in Mining/Exploration, Health and Ageing, and Business Management Consulting. Across these sectors, Dr Jodie Parkes has held various executive-level positions, including General Manager, Director of Clinical Services/Home Care Manager and acting Chief Executive Officer. With the ability to leverage her business acumen to promote successful service outcomes across all areas and her clear focus on organisational governance/compliance, Dr Jodie Parkes expertise is well sort after.

Dr Jodie Parkes is committed to ongoing professional development earning several postgraduate qualifications in Emergency/Trauma, Clinical and Organisational Governance, a Master’s in Health Services Management and a Doctoral Degree in Business Leadership focusing on the Aged Care Sector. Dr Jodie Parkes has used this knowledge to develop education programs/frameworks targeting the aged care sector, including the development of a Recognition Framework, which supports clinical staff to transition into the aged care industry and formulates the foundations of the New Graduate program.
